If you have the fill rig shown in the picture below please examine it for leaks and if in doubt return it to Powerball Limited to be evaluated by our Technical department.

PRODUCT:- FILLR0005 CO2 FILL RIG

Due to a defective batch of adaptor rings from a supplier, the fitting at the top of the flexible fill hose has been producing a leak at the junction with the tee piece and in one case the flexible hose became detached from the tee piece fitting.
